We accept checks, cash or all major credit cards.
Mail your payment to 100 Pine Crest Ln, Iola, WI 54945. We also offer Care Credit. Care Credit is credit card that can only be used for medical purposes. It gives patients the option to pay for the medical or dental bill in smaller monthly payments if you cannot afford to pay it all at one time.

Insurance Info
We are in-network with Delta Dental as our PPO provider but do accept all other insurances, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Iola Family Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards and gift certificates are now available. We also offer Care Credit. Please see our Office Manager / Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance.
